This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") applies to all users of NeshaMatch LLC services at https://neshamatch.com and its applications, and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

1. Age Restrictions

The Service is for adults aged 18 and over only. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, using the Service, creating a profile, or communicating through it. Adults may not allow a minor to use their account, post images of a minor in a dating context, or present a minor as a candidate for dating. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately suspended and removed, and we report to the authorities where required or permitted by law.

2. Illegal Acts

You may not use the Service to commit, promote, coordinate, or conceal any illegal act, including sexual offenses, violent offenses, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing, document forgery, identity theft, unauthorized access to systems, malware distribution, or violation of court orders.

3. Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking

Any use of the Service for human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced prostitution, pimping, solicitation of prostitution, slavery, forced labor, servitude, or holding a person in conditions of slavery is strictly prohibited. You may not advertise, solicit, offer, recruit, transport, transfer, harbor, coordinate, or finance any such activity, and you may not advertise commercial sexual services of any kind.

4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

It is absolutely prohibited to create, solicit, upload, possess, view, share, distribute, link to, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, staged, drawn, or AI-generated content. You may not engage in sexualized conversation with a minor, groom a minor for contact or content, or request images of a minor. Every report or discovery is handled with zero tolerance, results in permanent removal and retention of evidence as permitted by law, and is reported to law enforcement and authorized reporting centers.

5. Sexual Violence and Non-Consensual Content

You may not commit, threaten, document, reenact, or glorify rape, indecent acts, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or any other sexual violence. You may not share intimate or sexual content of any person without their free and explicit consent, including revenge imagery, covert recordings, edited or deepfake content, or threats to distribute such content for extortion or intimidation.

6. Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or repeated contact after refusal.
• Hate speech, racism, incitement to violence or terrorism, and abuse based on religion, sex, origin, orientation, age, or disability.
• Nudity, pornographic content, explicit sexual content, or unwanted sexual advances.
• Violent, graphic, or cruel content, or content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• False information about identity, age, or marital status, using another person's photos, or impersonating a user, our staff, or an official body.
• Disclosing another person's personal details without consent, including address, phone number, or workplace.
• Harvesting user data, automated scraping, bots, or multiple accounts.

7. Scams and Fraud

You may not use the Service for financial or romance fraud of any kind, including romance scams, requesting money, cryptocurrency, or gift cards from users, fabricating hardship or emergency stories, promoting investment opportunities or pyramid schemes, phishing links, stealing payment or account credentials, using stolen payment methods, or moving users to an external platform for fraudulent purposes.

8. Enforcement

Violating this Policy may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, permanent account termination, loss of access without refund beyond statutory rights, retention of relevant information as permitted by law, and reporting to law enforcement and competent authorities. Violations of Sections 3, 4, and 5 are subject to zero tolerance and result in immediate permanent removal.

9. Reporting

You can report a user or content through the report button in chat or by emailing support@neshamatch.com. Reports involving child safety, human trafficking, or sexual violence receive top priority. If there is an immediate danger to life, contact the police right away. Law enforcement requests are handled under our Law Enforcement Guidelines.

Moderation, Reporting and Appeals

Every new profile and its photos are manually reviewed before approval, and members may be asked to complete selfie verification. Members can report or block other members directly in the Service. Urgent safety reports are reviewed within 48 hours and other reports within 5 business days. Confirmed violations lead to a warning, content removal, restriction, suspension or termination. Appeals can be sent to support@neshamatch.com with the subject "Appeal" and are decided within 10 business days. Full details appear in Sections 6, 7 and 11 of the Terms of Service.
